Bjorn Geurts van Kessel is a hardfacing specialist. We started Hardfacing in 2009 in our own garage. At first we operated under the name Pantsering Techniek Europe (PTE bv). Knowledge was gained in the United States. We embarked on a journey to develop our own work process. This laid the foundation for our goal to become experts in hardfacing wear parts of recycling- and forestry machinery.
In 2014 we embarked on a journey again: our first offshore industry project. This led our company out of the garage and into a proper workshop. We transformed from boys welding in the backyard to owners of a hardfacing enterprise.
This changed the lay of the land and now we are proud to be owners of a big workshop. Close to a 100 yards deep and fully dedicated to creating different types of welding and armor layers on wear parts. With 20 employees, each day we strive to create sustainable solutions for the forestry- and recycling industry.
